Evening/Weekend Receptionist

Responsible for managing multiline telephone system, greeting visitors, handling incoming/outgoing mail, and performing routine clerical tasks for the admissions department.

• →Answer and direct calls
• →Keeps track of daily inquiry log
• →Responsible for retrieving & routing voice mail messages
• →Greets and assists visitors
• →Directs visitors to appropriate staff member or location
• →Comfortable with making and receiving calls to all of the B&SC student population as needs arise
• →Able to manage multiple calendars and appointments across different departments
• →Prepares other correspondence as needed
• →Supports the Admissions, Financial Aid, and Academic Advising Departments
• →Other duties as assigned

• Ability to meet and communicate effectively with students and visitors
• Ability to maintain effective working relationships with all associates
• Requires good planning, organizing, and communication skills
• Ability to multi-task in fast paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.

• Associates degree from an accredited college preferred.
