• →Greet clients and their pets warmly
• →Answer phones and respond to client questions
• →Schedule appointments and keep the day running smoothly
• →Check clients and patients in and out
• →Process payments accurately

• →Take part in monthly team meetings and collaborate with the whole team

• Experience as a veterinary receptionist
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills preferred but not required
• Creative ideas, critical thinking skills, and a drive to be the best

• Availability for rotating Saturday and Sunday shifts
