Downtown Veterinary Clinic is looking for a friendly, dependable Veterinary Receptionist to join our growing team. As the first point of contact for our clients, you’ll play a vital role in creating a welcoming experience while helping pets get the care they need.

Responsibilities

→Greet clients and pets with a friendly, professional attitude
→Answer phone calls, emails, and client questions
→Schedule appointments and manage the daily appointment flow
→Check patients in and out efficiently
→Process payments and discuss treatment estimates when appropriate
→Maintain accurate client and patient records
→Educate clients on preventive care recommendations, products, and services
→Make follow-up calls and keep clients informed
→Support the veterinary team to create an exceptional client experience

High school diploma or equivalent
Veterinary reception, customer service, or medical office experience preferred
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Comfort working with computers and practice management software
Ability to stay calm and professional in a busy environment
A passion for outstanding customer service and patient care
Ability to stand or sit for extended periods
