- →Enter item information into the computer system accurately
- →Ensure all items are imaged promptly
- →Prepare (sort, clean, and label) items for auction
- →Must be comfortable with day-to-day heavy lifting
- →Post-auction tasks
- →Prepare orders for shipping in compliance with established procedures
- →Ship orders immediately after auctions.
- →Process and forward items remaining onsite until payments are received
- →Inform supervisors of any discrepancies or issues
- →Other duties may be assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma required
- General knowledge of paper money
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications, specifically Outlook and Excel
- Ability to multitask and pay great attention to detail
- Individuals must be comfortable lifting to 50 pounds
WORK ENVIRONMENT: Individuals must be able to work in a fast-paced team environment; hours are 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM; able to work overtime as needed during peak seasons. This is a non-traveling position; all work will occur at Heritage Auctions headquarters.
