This position will handle core administrative duties for a Founding Firm Partner as well as a wide array of other responsibilities including special ad hoc projects. The Senior Executive Team Assistant will collaborate with other Partner Support team members and broader ICONIQ Support Team colleagues.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Own and proactively manage complex, high-volume calendar coordination.
- →Provide support managing complex, high-volume email inbox.
- →Support on travel planning and execution, periodically across different time zones, owning fully as the role evolves.
- →Manage team’s expense reports including gathering receipts and processing monthly reports for the firms Partner / Co-Founder via Ramp.
- →Logistical organization for mass outreach efforts, including marketing sends, holiday gift/card campaigns, etc.
- →Timely responsiveness outside of "regular" business hours, at times on a 24/7 basis.
- 7+ years of experience working in Private Equity, Investment Banking and/or Consulting environments strongly preferred, but not required (open to fast-paced and high-pressure work environments).
- Superior communication skills, unquestioned integrity, and the experience, confidence, and presence to work with all levels of the firm including external counterparts.
- Highly motivated, self-driven, solution and detail-oriented.
- Positive attitude, no task too big or too small.
- Strong time management skills: ability to handle multiple concurrent assignments with a strong degree of accuracy and meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
- Ability to think independently and provide creative solutions.
- Expert experience with Microsoft Office required, experience with Salesforce and Monday.com ideal but not required.
