  • Bachelor’s Degree required or, at least ten (10) years of work experience in a professional work setting required 
  • English & Spanish (written & spoken) is a requirement
  • Excellent Communicator verbally and in writing 
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook Calendar 
  • Computer literacy with the ability to learn new software programs quickly 
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy 
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively 
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently 
  • Bookkeeping experience
  • Familiarity with DocuSign and QuickBooks is a plus

Responsibilities 
  • Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO 
  • Manage and maintain the CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments 
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for the CEO 
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents 
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality 
  • Conduct research and prepare reports or presentations as needed 
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating company events or meetings 
  • Manage and prioritize incoming emails, phone calls, and other inquiries for the CEO 
  • Perform general office duties such as filing, photocopying, and ordering supplies
