Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Greet and manage guests’ needs to enhance guest satisfaction
- →Support the floor team in managing tables efficiently to optimise covers and turns
- →Ensure all company standards are met during service
- →Set up the reception desk before shifts
- →Answer calls for booking and event enquiries
Requirements
~1 min read- 1+ years experience as a Receptionist os Host in a highly regarded restaurant
- Positive attitude with a teamwork mindset
- Sense of responsibility within your role
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
- Fluency in English is a must, other languages are advantageous
- Experience working in hospitality is beneficial
