We are a busy professional couple balancing demanding careers with graduate education. Our schedules are dynamic. We work from home several days a week but are often heads-down in focused work, and travel is a regular part of our lives. We host guests frequently, and we genuinely love welcoming people into our home. It's important to us that our home is a place we're proud of and that runs smoothly, even when life gets full.

We moved into our home about six months ago and invested in professional organizing from the start. Our systems are in place, and we're looking for someone who can maintain and honor them. More than anything, we're hoping to find someone who can lighten the day-to-day load and create more breathing room, allowing us to feel supported in our busy lives and helping our home run smoothly week to week. From keeping household routines on track to preparing meals and making sure the little details are taken care of, we value someone who can step in thoughtfully, take ownership, and make a meaningful difference in how our home feels and functions.

You are organized, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of household responsibilities. You notice what needs attention, follow through on tasks, and enjoy creating a home environment that feels orderly, welcoming, and prepared. You work well independently, use your judgment confidently, and know when to ask questions or communicate updates. You understand that being a trusted household support person means anticipating needs, respecting established routines, and helping things run smoothly behind the scenes.

You also bring hands-on meal prep experience and take care with laundry, garment handling, and household organization. You're comfortable maintaining established systems, keeping everyday essentials replenished, and ensuring the details don't get overlooked. Above all, we're looking for someone dependable, thoughtful, and self-directed
