As the first point of contact for our guests, you’ll provide a warm welcome and help create memorable guest experiences in one of New Zealand’s most incredible locations. Responsibilities

→Welcome guests on arrival, providing a warm and friendly experience throughout check-in and check-out
→Provide helpful information on local attractions, activities and events
→Assist guests with directions around the hotel and in local areas
→Build positive relationships with guests, responding to requests and resolving concerns in a professional and courteous manner
→Demonstrate a genuine passion for service, taking a proactive, positive and professional approach to every guest interaction

Experience in a hotel or resort front office environment
Experience with Hotel Operating systems higly regarded
High level attention to detail and strong administration skills
A warm and welcoming approach, with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest service
Certificate in First Aid is beneficial
Valid and unrestricted driver's licence beneficial
