Riverside Animal Hospital is a full-service veterinary hospital in Green Bay, Wisconsin, committed to responsible pet ownership, preventive health care, and educational opportunities for our clients. As we continue to grow, we’re looking to add a Veterinary Receptionist to our team.

Our Veterinary Receptionists play an integral role in giving every client a great experience through excellent communication and customer service. You’ll help keep our busy seven-doctor small animal practice running smoothly from the moment clients walk in.

Responsibilities

→Greet clients and their pets warmly
→Answer phones and provide information to clients
→Check clients and patients in and out
→Work with electronic medical records
→Support the team with a variety of general administrative tasks
→Deliver excellent communication and customer service with every interaction

High school diploma or equivalent
Customer service or receptionist experience preferred
Animal handling experience, such as volunteering, grooming, or boarding, is a plus
Excellent communication and customer service skills
A motivated, detail-oriented approach
Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
Flexible availability
Ability to stand or sit for extended periods
