Independent Contractor – T-CPT-11654 Kajabi Website Development & Automation Virtual Assistant/Technical VA/Senior-Advanced Level (Remote).

20four7VA is seeking offshore independent contractors to deliver remote services to clients worldwide, with a primary focus on developed markets such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.

A California-based senior advocacy organization is seeking an experienced Technical VA to support the continued development and maintenance of an online platform providing educational resources, self-advocacy tools, and information for senior adults.

The platform is currently in beta testing, with an initial launch anticipated in late November. The VA will work alongside the existing development team during a planned transition, then assume responsibility for maintaining the existing Kajabi environment and implementing Phase 2 features using established documentation and standard operating procedures.

The ideal candidate will bring strong Kajabi expertise, automation experience, AI literacy, and the ability to execute technical projects independently.

The objective of each engagement is to assist the client in improving business efficiency, enhancing service delivery, or supporting operational functions through high-quality, task-specific services rendered by a qualified contractor.

Contractors will be required to provide services that align with the following client tasks:

• Maintain and enhance the existing Kajabi website and platform architecture
• Develop and update landing pages, product vaults, and digital content areas
• Configure checkout flows, digital product delivery, and related user experiences
• Maintain tags, automations, and customer access workflows
• Implement approved Phase 2 features using existing plans and technical documentation
• Troubleshoot website functionality, design, and user-access issues

• Maintain and troubleshoot Zapier automations connecting platform systems
• Support existing Netlify components and related website integrations
• Assist with data workflows supporting the platform's interactive mapping features
• Test integrations and identify errors or incomplete processes
• Coordinate technical updates to ensure systems function together reliably
• Use AI tools, including Gemini, to support development and troubleshooting

• Work with the existing development team during the transition period
• Review and follow established SOPs, system documentation, and technical requirements
• Maintain organized records of configurations, changes, and completed work
• Test new features before implementation
• Identify technical issues and recommend practical improvements
• Provide regular progress updates and flag items requiring additional expertise

Each engagement is based on a defined scope of work and is governed by an independent contractor agreement. Services must be performed professionally, with adherence to any timelines, guidelines, and deliverables agreed upon in writing.

The Contractor must demonstrate proficiency in the following, depending on the Client’s requirements:

• Demonstrated hands-on Kajabi development experience required
• Kajabi site architecture, landing pages, and product configuration experience required
• Kajabi checkout, tagging, and automation experience required
• Zapier integration experience strongly preferred
• Netlify experience preferred
• Experience maintaining or extending existing websites required
• Strong troubleshooting and technical documentation skills required
• AI-assisted development experience strongly preferred
• Experience with API integrations or data-driven website features is a plus
• Ability to work independently from established SOPs required

• Highly proficient with Kajabi and related technical workflows
• Independent, proactive, and resourceful
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability
• Comfortable inheriting and improving an existing technical environment
• Detail-oriented with strong documentation habits
• AI-literate and comfortable working with AI-assisted development processes
• Able to communicate technical matters clearly to nontechnical stakeholders
• Interested in a long-term role supporting continued platform development

Note: The Company will make reasonable efforts to align the Assigned VA’s schedule with the Client’s preferred hours as set forth above. However, availability may vary based on time zones, capacity, and the contracted hours set in this SOW. Any changes must be mutually agreed to in writing through a revised SOW.

• Contractors will operate under a Master Services Agreement and a Statement of Work

• All compensation is processed through 20four7VA according to the terms of the engagement
